Role & responsibilities

1. Plan and manage capital expenditure projects for recent machines, tools, and manufacturing

infrastructure.

2. Prepare CAPEX proposals including technical specifications, cost estimates, and ROI

justification.

3. Coordinate with engineering, production, finance, and procurement teams for CAPEX

approval and budgeting.

4. Evaluate suppliers and equipment based on technical capability, cost, and long-term

operational benefits.

5. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and ensure proper execution of approved CAPEX

projects.

6. Oversee installation, commissioning, and qualification of new equipment and production

lines.

7. Ensure all capital investments align with business growth, capacity expansion, and

technology upgrades.

8. Track asset utilization and ensure optimal performance of newly installed equipment.

9. Maintain CAPEX documentation, approvals, and compliance with company financial policies.

10. Support continuous improvement and automation initiatives through strategic capital

investments.
