Position Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Technical Sales Representative to join our team in Coimbatore and drive revenue growth by selling our software development and enterprise solutions. This is not a traditional sales role—you will act as a trusted advisor, bridging the gap between technical capabilities and tangible business outcomes for clients seeking digital transformation.





You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery to technical demos, solution scoping, and closing deals. The ideal candidate understands software development lifecycles, cloud solutions, and enterprise systems, and can translate complex technical offerings into ROI for C-Level executives and IT Directors.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close for software development projects, enterprise solutions, and technology services.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas and KPIs.
- Build a robust sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and partner channels across startups, SMEs, and enterprises.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and project scopes with decision-makers.

2. Technical Consultation & Discovery
- Conduct deep-dive discovery sessions to understand client business challenges, current infrastructur
