We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Leader - US Travel Sales (PPC Calls) to oversee and expand our sales efforts in the United States travel market. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the travel industry, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in driving sales growth. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, relationship management, and the ability to lead a team in delivering exceptional travel solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership:
- Lead and manage the US Travel Sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop, implement, and optimize sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, travel agents, and corporate partners.
- Identify current business opportunities and key market trends within the US travel industry.
- Team Development & Management:




- Provide mentorship and coaching to sales representatives to ensure consistent performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Organize training programs to enhance the teams sales skills and product knowledge.
- Strategic Planning & Reporting:
- Develop sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management.
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Track and report on key performance metrics, including conversion rates, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
- Market Analysis & Competitor Insights:
- Monitor and analyze competitor activity, industry trends, and market conditions to stay ahead of the competition.
- Adjust sales strategies based on market insights and customer feedback.
