Role Overview:

We are looking for a
Proposal Writer – SLED Projects
with
2–4 years of experience
in U.S. Government proposal writing and prospect sourcing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience identifying
State, Local, and Education (SLED)
opportunities, preparing high-quality proposal responses, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to submit compliant and competitive proposals.

Key Responsibilities:





✅ Source and monitor SLED IT opportunities through platforms such as
GovWin, BidNet, Bonfire, DemandStar, SAM.gov
, and similar portals.

✅ Analyze RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and identify proposal requirements, compliance needs, evaluation criteria, and submission timelines.

✅ Develop compelling, customized, and compliant proposal responses for U.S. government solicitations.

✅ Collaborate with technical, sales, finance, and legal teams to gather inputs for technical, commercial, and compliance sections.

✅ Maintain proposal libraries, reusable content, templates, resumes, case studies, and company collateral.

✅ Coordinate with U.S. Business Development teams to ensure timely proposal submissions.

✅ Track proposal status, submission deadlines, amendments, and customer communications.

✅ Stay updated with U.S. SLED procurement processes, regulations, and emerging bid opportunities.
