Job Summary

The Senior Quality Executive – Audit is responsible for ensuring compliance with food safety, quality, and customer standards across fresh produce procurement, grading, packing, storage, and dispatch operations. The role involves conducting internal and external audits, maintaining certification requirements, driving corrective actions, and ensuring adherence to export and retail customer standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct internal audits of packhouse operations, farms, cold storage, and distribution processes.
- Coordinate and manage customer, third-party, certification, and regulatory audits.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, GlobalG.A.P., GRASP, HACCP, ISO 22000, BRCGS, SEDEX, and customer-specific requirements.
- Verify implementation of Good Agricultural Practices (GAP), Valuable Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Hygiene Practices (GHP), and sanitation procedures.
- Monitor quality systems related to grading, sorting, packing,



storage, ripening (where applicable), and dispatch.
- Prepare audit schedules, reports, checklists, and maintain audit documentation.
- Identify non-conformities, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely closure of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Conduct supplier, farm, and vendor audits to ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards.
- Ensure traceability and product recall systems are effectively maintained and tested.
- Monitor pest control, hygiene, sanitation, temperature control, and cold chain compliance.
- Train employees on food safety, hygiene, quality systems, and audit readiness.
- Review SOPs, records, quality documents, and compliance reports.
- Investigate customer complaints related to product quality and recommend preventive actions.
