Financial
- Realize allocated
residential sales targets
- Follow-up for timely
collections to ensure minimal receivables
- Ensure adherence to the
marketing budget for residential projects

Strategic
- Survey the global
environment to identify best practices in the areas of branding, customer
relations and customer care management for residential projects;
- Provide inputs to
superiors for developing appropriate strategies to address / incorporate
the same in BEL

Operational
- Maintain systems to
capture regular market information and changing residential customer
preferences
- Handle residential
customer enquiries via different channels (telephone, e-mail, agents,
walk-ins etc.); Develop a rapport with customers and arrange for /
personally take the customer on site visits
- Follow-up with customers
to close bookings and collect timely payments
- Liaise with authorized
banks / financial institutions to secure loans for residential customers
- Regularly interact with
customers and respond to all customer queries and complaints; Escalate




issues to the Project Sales Head ? Marketing (Residential), if required
- Work closely with
customers to understand modifications / interior specifications; Promptly
communicate the same to the Engineering Department
- Coordinate with the
Engineering, Legal and Liaison Departments to ensure timely handover and
completion of possession formalities
- Collate and maintain a
database of residential sales agreements / deeds etc, customer feedback
- Prepare MIS for
residential sales on a timely basis; Periodically submit the same to the
Manager ? Marketing (Residential)

and guide Trainees to develop their capabilities
