Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Engage with prospective learners through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels to generate enrollments.
- Understand learners' requirements and recommend the most suitable SkillOrbit programs.
- Manage the end-to-end enrollment journey, from lead qualification to successful admission.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective learners to nurture leads and maximize conversions.
- Build strong relationships with learners by providing timely guidance and a seamless enrollment experience.
- Maintain accurate lead records and update all interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales, enrollment, and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and increase conversion efficiency.
- Address learner queries by effectively communicating program features, benefits, fees, and career opportunities.
- Stay informed about SkillOrbit's programs, recent launches,



and EdTech industry trends to provide accurate and value-driven guidance.
