Key Responsibilities

● Installation, testing, and commissioning of home automation systems at customer sites.
● Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to automation devices, networking, smart
security systems, and integrated solutions.
● Attend service calls and provide on-site technical support to customers.
● Perform preventive maintenance and system health checks.
● Coordinate with the technical support team for issue resolution and escalation.




● Configure and program basic automation devices as per project requirements.
● Ensure timely closure of service tickets and maintain service reports.
● Educate customers on system operation and basic troubleshooting.
● Follow company SOPs, safety standards, and service quality guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

● Basic knowledge of Electrical and Electronics systems.
● Understanding of wiring, networking, and troubleshooting concepts is preferred.
● Good communication and customer-handling skills.
● Willingness to learn home automation technologies and smart home products.
● Ability to work independently and manage field assignments.

Mandatory Requirements

● Willingness to travel daily within the assigned territory.
● Own two-wheeler is mandatory.
● Valid two-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
● Comfortable with field-based service activities and customer visits.
