Prepare and file Income Tax Returns (ITR) for the company. Handle GST registration, GST return filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, Annual Return), and GST reconciliations. Maintain accounting records in Tally, Zoho Books, Busy, or similar software. Prepare financial statements, Profit & Loss, and Balance Sheet. Coordinate statutory audits and internal audits. Handle TDS calculations, payments, and return filings. ROC/MCA compliance and annual filings (if applicable). Payroll processing and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Professional Tax, etc., if applicable). Bank reconciliations and bookkeeping. Liaise with Chartered Accountants, auditors, and government departments.
Experience working with startups. Knowledge of travel, e-commerce, or technology businesses. Ability to work remotely and meet filing deadlines.
Pay: ₹8,500.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
