About the Role

Task Tracker Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a confident and customer-focused Demo Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting product demonstrations, explaining the features and benefits of Tracker Suite.ai, and helping potential customers understand how the software can improve their business operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct online and in-person product demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Explain the features, functionality, and benefits of Tracker Suite.ai.
- Understand customer business requirements and tailor demonstrations accordingly.
- Answer customer queries and handle objections professionally.
- Coordinate with the Sales team to schedule product demos.




- Follow up with prospects after demonstrations to gather feedback and support the sales process.
- Maintain accurate records of demonstrations and customer interactions in the CRM.
- Build strong relationships with prospective customers.
- Stay updated on product enhancements, features, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Customer Success teams to improve customer experience.

Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- 0–2 years of experience in Product Demonstration, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, Sales, or Business Development.
- Freshers with excellent presentation and communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Robust presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
- Good customer handling and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office.
