- Manage production activities on the shop floor, ensuring efficient utilization of resources and meeting quality standards.
- Oversee CTL/CRS/crane operations to ensure smooth movement of materials and products within the plant.
- Monitor and control inventory levels, minimizing stockouts and overstocking situations.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues related to production planning, scheduling, and supply chain management.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a safe working workplace.
