Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Overseas Business Development Manager to lead the company's international business development efforts. The candidate will be responsible for expanding the global agent network, developing strategic partnerships, generating international business opportunities, and driving revenue growth across import and export logistics services.



Key Responsibilities Business Development • Develop and execute international business development strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets. • Identify and onboard new overseas agents, freight forwarders, and logistics partners. • Generate new business opportunities for import and export shipments through international networks. • Develop long-term relationships with overseas customers, agents, and strategic partners. • Explore new international trade lanes and market opportunities. Overseas Agent Network Management • Build and strengthen relationships with global freight forwarding partners and logistics networks. • Negotiate commercial agreements, freight rates, and service contracts with overseas agents. • Evaluate agent performance and ensure high service standards. • Represent the company in international logistics conferences, networking events, and virtual meetings. Sales & Revenue Growth • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets. • P
