Role Description
The Production Supervisor is a full-time, in office role based in Indore, responsible for overseeing daily production operations and ensuring output meets quality, safety, and efficiency standards. This role includes planning and scheduling production activities,



allocating tasks and resources, and monitoring workflow to meet delivery timelines. The Production Supervisor leads and guides production teams, coordinates with maintenance, quality, and logistics staff, and resolves operational issues to minimize downtime. Responsibilities also include maintaining documentation, implementing standard operating procedures, enforcing safety and compliance guidelines, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires regular reporting on production performance, coaching team members, and collaborating with management to optimize processes and resource utilization.
