- Purpose of Position:

The APA Data Center Market Lead will spearhead Bureau Veritas’ strategy, growth, and client engagement in the rapidly expanding SoA Data Center sector. This role combines strategic leadership, market development, technical expertise, and cross-border coordination to position Bureau Veritas as the partner of choice for data center owners, operators, investors, and hyperscalers.

He/she is responsible for all the commercial, technical, financial, administrative, and operational activities related to the Data centerbusiness of BureauVeritas SoA. His area of responsibility also monthly reporting on the results and progress. The position is responsible for the day-to-day management of his/her staff and business.
- Major Responsibilities

Strategic MarketLeadership
- Develop and execute the SoA Data Center marketstrategy aligned with BV’s globaland regional priorities.
- Identify high-potential markets and service opportunities across hyperscaler, colocater, and enterprise data centers.
- Monitor industry trends,regulations,



and competitive landscapes to adapt strategies.

Business Development & Client Engagement
- Build and maintain managerial and C-level relationships with Data Center owners, operators, developers, EPC contractors, and hyperscalers.
- Lead pursuit of strategic projects, from lead identification through proposal submission and contract negotiation.
- Drive cross-selling of BV servicesacross the Data Center lifecycle.

Technical & Operational Oversight
- Provide subject matter expertisein data center design, construction, commissioning, and operational compliance.
- Work with BV’s technicalteams to ensure service deliveryexcellence and client satisfaction.
- Support capability buildingfor BV teams across SoA.

Regional Collaboration
- Coordinate with BV countryData Center leadersin Singapore, Malaysia,Thailand, China, Australia and India to ensure consistent market approach.
