Role Description
The Qa QMS role at BDL - Beta Drugs Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position based in Baddi. The role is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with regulatory, oncology-specific, and company standards. Day-to-day activities include drafting, reviewing,



and updating SOPs and quality documents; coordinating internal audits and supporting external inspections; monitoring CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions); and ensuring documentation control across departments. The role also involves training team members on QMS procedures, supporting deviation and change control management, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent adherence to quality and compliance requirements.

Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems, GMP/GDP principles, and regulatory guidelines relevant to pharmaceutical and oncology products.
- Experience in documentation control, SOP preparation and review, and change control processes.
- Skills in conducting internal audits, managing CAPA, and supporting regulatory inspections and compliance activities.
- Ability to analyze quality data, identify trends, and recommend process improvements for operational excellence.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely
