Ability to coordinate and manage workshops/events effectively

Height preferred as per event coordination requirements

Role Overview:

You will be responsible for delivering a 10-day orientation program to new team members and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. The role involves facilitating sessions, engaging participants, coordinating events, and helping new hires get set up for success.
