We are seeking an experienced qualified to drive business development and client advisory initiatives for institutional and HNI clients. The role focuses on building long-term client relationships, promoting silver arbitrage investment strategies, and positioning commodity-linked solutions as alternatives to traditional treasury and money market instruments.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Business Development:
- Identify and acquire institutional clients, corporate treasury teams, family offices, and HNIs.
- Build and manage a high-quality client portfolio from the ground up.
- Drive business growth through consultative and relationship-based selling.
- Position silver arbitrage and commodity-linked investment solutions effectively.

Client Advisory & Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for onboarded clients.
- Provide regular updates on market trends, investment performance, and strategy outlook.
- Prepare and present customized investment proposals and advisory solutions.




- Ensure a seamless client experience by coordinating with internal stakeholders.

Market Development & Strategic Positioning:
- Stay updated on commodity markets, MCX regulations, treasury products, and fixed-income trends.
- Support go-to-market initiatives and business expansion strategies.
- Represent the organization at industry events, networking forums, and client meetings.

Candidate Profile:
- 8-12 years of experience in Treasury Sales, Institutional Sales, Business Development, Fixed Income Products, Wealth Management, or Financial Services.
- Strong understanding of treasury instruments such as T-Bills, Commercial Papers, Liquid Funds, and other short-term investment products.
- Proven experience in managing relationships with corporate treasury teams, family offices, institutional investors, and HNIs.
- Strong business development, consultative selling, and client advisory skills.
