About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Facebook Ads Expert to plan, manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of generating leads, increasing conversions, and achieving strong ROI through Meta advertising.

Key Responsibilities

Create, launch, and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.

Develop audience targeting, retargeting, and campaign strategies.

Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages.

Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns for better results.

Generate quality leads and improve conversion rates.

Analyze key performance metrics and prepare campaign reports.

Identify opportunities to reduce cost per lead and improve ROI.





Stay updated with the latest Meta Ads policies, features, and best practices.

Requirements

Proven experience in Facebook/Meta Ads management.

Robust knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Business Suite.

Experience with lead generation and conversion campaigns.

Strong analytical and data-driven approach.

Ability to create and implement effective advertising strategies.

Previous campaign results or case studies are preferred.
