- Overview of Job Descriptions- Capital Markets/IPOs Capital Markets contributes to building a better working world by enabling and promoting quality assurance services to serve the public interest and capital markets. The mission of the Group is to perform the following with independence, integrity and objectivity: Enable teams to deliver highest quality assurance services through consultation and robust guidance, enablers and training content. Monitor and evaluate the Assurance practices system of quality control. Capital Markets (CM)works with Assurance practice on all aspects of IPOs/QIPs, Bond listing and SEBI and other regulatory requirements. Capital Markets works closely with international offices, PEs, investment bankers and counsels. Capital Markets members gain valuable experience working with senior leaders and collaborating with various stakeholders on critical/ emerging issues, while expanding their network at the firm. Capital Markets members may lead or get involved in a number of activities,
