Primary Function of Position




Business Systems Analyst IT - ISU will serves as the critical bridge between Information Technology and Internal learning organizations, reporting into the IT Business Applications organization. The primary responsibility of this role is to lead configuration and administration of SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS) and resolve support tickets while ensuring all ISI compliance processes are followed for releases and support. The role interfaces daily with ISU IT team in North America and learning admins across North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and other regions, requiring a collaborative approach, cultural agility, and strong cross-functional communication skills.
