Key Purpose of the job :

Responsible for design strategy, project planning, liaison and approvals for

residential, commercial, industrial, landscaping projects in MMR

Operational deliverables:

1. To plan and monitor the design of projects from drawing board till construction stage

by ensuring proper design drawings, documents and specifications as per company

standards

2. Conduct initial project feasibility study, concept design and schematic review

3. Coordinate with Design consultants to verify design drawings and other

specifications

4. Coordinate with vendors and consultants like structural consultants, MEP

consultants, parking, landscape, greenfield consultants etc

5. Prepare templates for standardization for design and drawings across

elements such as material list, parameters for cost effective projects,

specifications, parameters for designing, etc for

Prepare and submit approval and drawings for various NOCs

7. Certification and data provision for RERA

8. Evaluate the impact of changes in design from a regulatory and statutory

perspective in coordination with the Liaison team

9. Market Study of Competitor projects to understand industry norms and trends

Desired Candidate Profile :

1. B.Arch/M.Arch with 15+ years of experience in residential and commercial

space
