Job Description:
- Crash Simulation experience in Automotive Interior ( Cockpit / Doors )
- Software: Lsdyna / Pamcrash Implicit and explicit
- Knowledge required:
- Good product knowledge in cockpits, door trims
- Experience of customer interaction
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Profile should have valuable understanding about Automotive regulations like ECE and FMVSS
- Experience in Material calibration is added advantage
- Functions / Tasks :
- To Study test specifications of Interior products like Instrument panel, center console, door trims and prepare CAE test plan
- To prepare CAE input documents as per methodology
- To Prepare CAE project time plan and communicate with internal BU and OEM.
- To coordinate with External agency the CAE project, review the results.
- To Discuss simulation reports with internal and external customer.
- To coordinate with physical testing team and support correlation.
- To track project incidences and control project MUA.
