Job Summary:
Seeking a Demand Planner with 3-6 years of experience in the Automotive industry to develop demand forecasts, support S&OP; processes, improve forecast accuracy, and align demand with supply capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop statistical and consensus-based demand forecasts.
- Analyze demand trends, seasonality, and market dynamics.
- Monitor forecast accuracy and perform variance analysis.
- Support S&OP; and demand planning activities.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.
- Conduct demand review meetings and drive consensus planning.
- Create dashboards and demand planning reports.
- Align demand forecasts with supply plans.
- Support inventory optimization and risk management.
- Ensure planning system integrity and continuous process improvement.
