to lead enterprise-wide SPM transformation initiatives and architect scalable portfolio management solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

- Experience:
12+ Years (7+ Years in ServiceNow & 5+ Years in SPM Implementation)
- Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Certification:
ServiceNow CSA/CAD/CIS-SPM (Preferred)

? Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-wide ServiceNow SPM transformation programs.
- Design and implement scalable Strategic Portfolio Management solutions.
- Architect solutions across:
- Demand Management
- Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
- Agile Development
- Resource Management
- Financial Management
- Investment Funding
- Strategic Planning Workspace
- OKR Management
- Enterprise Architecture Integration
- Define portfolio governance,



investment planning, prioritization frameworks, and executive dashboards.
- Conduct stakeholder workshops and translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
- Lead architecture reviews, implementation governance, and best practices.
- Integrate ServiceNow with Jira, Azure DevOps, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Project, Power BI, and ERP systems.

? Required Skills
- 7+ years of ServiceNow platform expertise.
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow SPM implementation experience.
- Robust experience in:
- ServiceNow SPM & PPM
- Demand & Resource Management
- Financial Management
- Enterprise Architecture Workspace
- Flow Designer & Integration Hub
- REST APIs & System Integrations
- Agile Delivery & PMO Transformation
- Experience leading large-scale enterprise implementations and engaging with executive stakeholders.
