Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Content Marketing Lead / Outreach Specialist to lead our off-page SEO and digital outreach initiatives. This role is responsible for building and managing publisher relationships, expanding our media inventory, coordinating cross-functional execution, and ensuring high-quality content placements for clients.

You will work directly with the Founder, playing a key role in shaping outreach strategies, improving operational efficiency, and delivering measurable results for clients across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Publisher & Website Network Management
- Build, maintain, and continuously expand a high-quality inventory of publishers, blogs, news websites, and niche platforms.
- Identify recent outreach opportunities across industries and geographies to strengthen the company's content marketing capabilities.
- Evaluate publisher quality based on SEO metrics, audience relevance, editorial standards, and commercial viability.

Client Communication & Strategy




- Work closely with clients to understand their content marketing, digital PR, and off-page SEO requirements.
- Translate client objectives into actionable outreach and publication plans.
- Provide recommendations on publisher selection, campaign approach, and expected outcomes.

Vendor & Publisher Negotiation
- Build long-term relationships with publishers, media partners, and website owners.
- Negotiate commercial terms to secure the best pricing, turnaround times, and placement opportunities.
- Manage vendor performance while maintaining quality standards and profitability.

Cross-Functional Project Management
- Coordinate with the SEO, Content, and Account Management teams to ensure timely execution of off-page SEO campaigns.
- Ensure content requirements, anchor texts, URLs, and publication guidelines are communicated clearly to all stakeholders.
- Track campaign progress and proactively resolve execution bottlenecks.
