Position Summary

We are seeking an accomplished
Regional Sales Leader – North
to spearhead business development and sales operations across North India. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in the ELV/System Integration industry and strong relationships with
MEP Consultants, Project Management Consultants (PMCs), Architects, Consultants, Developers, EPC Contractors, Corporate Clients, Hospitality Chains, Healthcare Institutions and Government Agencies.

This role requires a strategic leader who can drive revenue growth, expand Howell's market presence, develop high-performing sales teams, and build long-term client partnerships.

- Develop and execute the regional sales strategy aligned with company objectives.
