We are seeking an experienced
U.S.-licensed Immigration Attorney
to join our corporate immigration practice remotely from India. The attorney will support multinational companies, corporate HR teams, and foreign national employees with employment-based U.S. immigration matters.

This role is ideal for an attorney with robust hands-on experience managing corporate immigration cases, advising clients on immigration strategy and compliance, and preparing and reviewing filings with U.S. immigration authorities.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of employment-based U.S. immigration matters, including
H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E visas, PERM labor certification, I-140, and adjustment of status
matters.
- Advise corporate clients, HR teams, and foreign national employees on U.S. immigration strategy, eligibility, timelines, compliance requirements, and case options.
- Prepare, review, and coordinate the filing of petitions, applications, and supporting documentation with
USCIS, the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), and other relevant government agencies
.
- Draft and respond to




Requests for Evidence (RFEs), Notices of Intent to Deny (NOIDs), PERM audits, and other government correspondence
.
- Conduct legal research and analyze complex employment-based immigration issues.
- Partner with U.S.-based attorneys, paralegals, case managers, and corporate HR teams to ensure timely and accurate case processing.
- Manage case deadlines, documentation, and client communications effectively.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records in applicable immigration case-management systems.
- Monitor changes in U.S. immigration laws, regulations, policies, and procedures relevant to corporate immigration clients.
- Ensure high standards of quality, confidentiality, professionalism, and client service across all assigned matters.

- Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. state or jurisdiction, in good standing.
