Role Description
The Investment Banker role at Omni Fincon is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The role involves supporting capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, and other strategic advisory assignments through financial analysis, valuation, and transaction structuring. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining financial models, preparing pitch books and transaction documents, conducting market and industry research, and participating in client meetings.



The Investment Banker will coordinate due diligence activities, work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, and contribute to the execution of complex financial transactions. The role requires solid attention to detail, professional communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and market information.
- Solid foundation in Finance and Investment Banking concepts, including corporate finance and capital markets.
- Proficiency in Financial Modeling, including building valuation models and scenario analyses.
- Experience or familiarity with Due Diligence processes, including reviewing financial, legal, and operational information.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with financial databases and research tools
