We are a rapidly growing landscaping and building supplies company based in Melbourne, Australia. As our business continues to expand, we are building a dedicated offshore support team in Patiala.

Your Responsibilities
- Prepare customer quotations
- Follow up outstanding quotes
- Respond to customer emails
- Coordinate with the Melbourne office
- Update CRM and internal systems
- Assist with purchasing and supplier communication
- Schedule and track administrative tasks
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate records

What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of office administration or customer service experience




- Excellent spoken and written English
- Confident communication skills
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
- Fast learner with excellent attention to detail
- Professional, reliable and mature attitude
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working early morning hours to support Australia
