Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area. The Procurement Engineer will manage end-to-end procurement activities, including identifying requirements, sourcing components and services, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery. Daily responsibilities include evaluating suppliers,



requesting and comparing quotations, preparing and tracking purchase orders, and working with engineering and production teams to align specifications with procurement decisions. The role also involves cost analysis, quality and compliance checks, maintaining accurate procurement records, and supporting continuous improvement of purchasing processes. The Procurement Engineer will regularly communicate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve issues and optimize supply performance.

Qualifications
- Strong supplier management capabilities, including experience in Supplier Evaluation and vendor relationship handling.
- Proficiency in core procurement operations such as handling Request for Quotation (RFQ) processes and preparing Purchase Orders.
