Role Description
This is a full time, on-site role based in Palghar for Pharma Project Engineers across Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Safety, and HVAC disciplines with 1 to 7 years of experience. The role involves supporting and executing engineering projects in pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities, including design review, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of equipment and systems. Responsibilities include preparing project plans, tracking progress, coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with industry standards,



and maintaining documentation. The Project Engineer will work closely with production, quality, and safety teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in line with GMP and regulatory requirements. The role also includes identifying process improvements, supporting audits, and contributing to the reliability and efficiency of plant infrastructure and utilities.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Project Engineering and Project Management skills, including experience in project execution and coordination.
- Candidates should possess Project Planning skills, including scheduling, resource allocation, and progress monitoring.
- Candidates should possess Electrical Engineering skills, with experience in industrial or pharmaceutical facilities (for Electrical discipline applicants).
