We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in residential construction projects, including apartments and villas. The candidate should be capable of managing site activities, ensuring quality construction, and coordinating with contractors and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
- Ensure construction work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Inspect materials and workmanship to maintain quality standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site procedures.
- Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions at the site.
- Verify measurements, bills,



and quantity estimates.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in apartment and villa construction projects.
- Good knowledge of construction methods, quality control, and project execution.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD (preferred).
- Solid communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in residential building construction.
- Knowledge of RCC, finishing works, and site management.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under deadlines.

Project Site Location: Kalinga Nagar, Bhubaneswar

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
