Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Uttar Pradesh, India, for a Recruitment Scout at the Freedom Employability Academy. The Recruitment Scout will identify and recruit suitable candidates for FEA’s training programs by engaging with local communities,



educational institutions, and other stakeholders. Responsibilities include organizing and conducting outreach activities, collaborating with local leaders, and maintaining accurate records of recruitment efforts. The role also involves evaluating potential candidates, coordinating informational sessions, and supporting the onboarding process for new recruits.

Qualifications
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and community stakeholders.
- Proficiency in organizing and managing recruitment drives, informational sessions, and related activities.
- Understanding of regional demographics and dynamics in Uttar Pradesh to identify and connect with target audiences effectively.
- Effective record-keeping, data management, and organizational skills.
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills to address challenges in recruitment and resource management.
- Fluency in Hindi
