Role Description
The Dispatch Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Rewari, responsible for coordinating the daily movement of goods from the warehouse to customers and distribution points. This role involves planning and scheduling dispatches, preparing and verifying shipping documents, and ensuring vehicles are loaded accurately and on time. The Dispatch Executive will communicate with drivers, warehouse teams, and other internal stakeholders to track deliveries, resolve issues,



and maintain up-to-date records in dispatch logs or software systems. The role also includes monitoring inventory levels related to dispatch, adhering to safety and compliance standards, and supporting continuous improvements in dispatch processes to enhance efficiency and customer service.

Qualifications
- Strong coordination, planning, and organizational skills for managing dispatch schedules and delivery routes.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and dispatch or logistics software to maintain accurate records and reports.
- Effective communication skills to interact with drivers, warehouse staff, and cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability for handling documentation, tracking shipments, and resolving dispatch issues.
