Job Description – Accountant Organization: Sure 60 Gurukul Location: Murthal, Sonipat, Haryana

Sure 60 Gurukul is seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage the institute's financial records, fee management, payroll, and day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should possess solid accounting knowledge, maintain accuracy in financial reporting, and ensure compliance with statutory and organizational requirements. Key Responsibilities Accounts & Finance - Maintain day-to-day accounting records using Tally ERP/Tally Prime. - Record all receipts, payments, bank transactions, and journal entries. - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. - Reconcile bank statements and cash books regularly. - Maintain ledgers, vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents. Fee Management - Manage student fee collection and maintain accurate fee records. - Generate fee receipts and monitor outstanding dues. - Coordinate with the admissions and administration teams regarding fee-related matters.



Payroll & Compliance - Process monthly salary and maintain employee payroll records. - Calculate statutory deductions and ensure timely compliance. - Assist in preparing financial documents for audits and taxation. Budget & Administration - Assist management in budgeting and financial planning. - Monitor expenses and recommend cost-control measures. - Maintain inventory and asset records as required. - Support administrative and procurement-related financial documentation. Reporting - Prepare daily cash reports and MIS reports. - Present financial data to management for decision-making. - Ensure complete confidentiality of financial information. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com). M.Com will be an added advantage. - Minimum 2–5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in an educational institution. - Proficiency in Tally Prime/ERP, MS Excel, and MS Office. - Knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and basic taxation p
