Job Description
- Design and establish the end-to-end global Supply Chain Performance Management framework across Make, Plan and Deliver functions.
- Create KPI hierarchies, governance structures, performance review cadences, management systems, and ways of working from scratch.
- Partner with global stakeholders across regions, influencing without direct authority in a matrixed environment.
- Act as the Bengaluru MTSC Site Lead, driving employee engagement, collaboration and site-level leadership presence.
- Build scalable systems, processes and operating rhythms to improve overall business performance.

The Successful Applicant
We're Looking For Someone Who Has




- 20+ years of relevant experience
- Strong exposure across Make, Plan and Deliver functions.
- Experience designing and deploying supply chain performance management systems, governance frameworks, KPI structures and operating models.
- Global stakeholder management experience with exposure to multiple regions and cross-cultural ways of working would be good to have.
