- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and schedule staff. Conduct performance reviews, resolve employee conflicts, and maintain a positive work environment.
- Financial Management: Meet or exceed sales goals while controlling costs (e.g., managing labor, waste, and food costs). Process payroll and prepare routine financial reports for owners.
- Operations & Inventory: Oversee daily opening and closing procedures, maintain supply levels, and coordinate with vendors.
- Customer Service: Act as the face of the establishment. Ensure high-quality service, greet guests, and handle or resolve complaints professionally.
- Compliance & Safety: Enforce all health, safety, and sanitation regulations across the dining room and kitch
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
