Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Primary Homeroom Teacher (CBSE) in their academic, social, and emotional development. The Homeroom Teacher will serve as the primary point of contact for students, creating a safe, structured, and stimulating classroom environment. This role involves delivering core subjects, monitoring overall student progress, and fostering a positive and inclusive classroom culture.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary teacher for the assigned class, overseeing academic and social-emotional development.
- Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons across multiple subjects according to the CBSE curriculum.
- Maintain a structured and positive classroom environment that encourages participation, creativity, and critical thinking.
- Assess, monitor, and document student progress in academic, social, and behavioral areas, providing constructive feedback.
- Identify individual learning needs and implement strategies to support students’ growth.




- Foster a culture of respect, empathy, collaboration, and responsibility in the classroom.
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress, achievements, and areas for development.
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning, school initiatives, and interdisciplinary projects.
- Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, staff meetings, and career development programs.
- Ensure classroom management, safety, and compliance with school policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field.
- Teaching certification (B.Ed., D.Ed., or equivalent) is required.

Experience:
- Preferably 1 to 2 years of experience as a homeroom or primary teacher.
- Freshers can be considered if they have strong potential.
