Job Title: Marketing Executive

Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to support the planning, execution, and coordination of marketing initiatives across multiple real estate projects.

The role requires a hands-on skilled who can work across digital marketing, social media, content creation, lead generation campaigns, branding activities, and vendor coordination. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating with internal teams and external agencies, and ensuring consistent brand visibility across various marketing channels.

Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing & Lead Generation
- Execute, monitor, and maintain digital marketing campaigns across various online real estate platforms such as 99acres, MagicBricks, and other relevant portals.
- Support website updates and ensure project information remains accurate, current, and relevant.
- Assist in planning and executing lead generation campaigns across digital channels.

Social Media Management
- Plan, schedule,



and manage social media content across relevant platforms.
- Create, publish, and optimize engaging content to improve brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Monitor social media performance and engagement, responding to inquiries when required.
- Coordinate with designers and creative teams to develop high-quality marketing collateral.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Support SEO initiatives to improve website visibility, search rankings, and organic traffic.
- Coordinate with SEO agencies or consultants to implement optimization strategies and monitor performance.

Content & Branding
- Assist in creating marketing content including brochures, presentations, email campaigns, blogs, and promotional materials.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels.

Vendor & Agency Coordination
- Coordinate with digital marketing agencies, creative
