? Hiring: Tech Events Producer (WFH)

Location: India (Remote)

Are you a great communicator who enjoys organizing projects, coordinating people, and making things happen?

Evntiqa is looking for a Tech Events Producer to help us deliver executive events for leading B2B technology brands across APAC, ANZ, India, the Middle East, and North America.

Freshers and candidates with 1–2 years of experience are welcome to apply.

What You'll Do:

• Coordinate speakers, moderators, and event participants

• Schedule and manage event rehearsals

• Ensure smooth execution of virtual events

• Communicate with senior executives and industry leaders

• Manage event timelines, checklists, and project deliverables

• Work closely with the founder and clients

What We're Looking For:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organizational and project coordination abilities

• Comfortable interacting with professionals and senior executives

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously





• Highly detail-oriented and dependable

• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Bonus Points:

• Experience with webinars, virtual events, student events, college festivals, conferences, communities, or event coordination

• Familiarity with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace, or similar tools
