Job Summary

We are hiring a Marketing Operations Executive to manage marketing procurement, vendor management, purchase orders (PO), invoice processing, budget tracking, MIS reporting, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and experience working with Finance, Procurement, and Marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Raise and manage Purchase Indents (PI) & Purchase Orders (PO).
- Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, and vendors.
- Manage vendor onboarding and documentation.
- Process invoices and track vendor payments.
- Monitor marketing budgets and prepare MIS reports.
- Maintain accurate records, compliance, and operational documentation.
- Support smooth execution of marketing campaigns.

Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Procurement, Commercial Operations, Vendor Management, or Marketing Finance.




- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or Finance.
- Strong knowledge of Excel, MIS Reporting, PO/Invoice Processing, Vendor Management, and ERP systems (SAP/Tally preferred).
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
