Role & responsibilities
- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of CNC, VMC, HMC, SPM, washing, and auxiliary machines.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC, and CNC-related issues to restore equipment quickly.
- Prepare and implement preventive maintenance schedules and ensure 100% PM compliance.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring machine failures and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Monitor MTBF, MTTR, machine availability, and maintenance KPIs to improve equipment performance.
- Coordinate machine installation, commissioning, and validation of current equipment.
- Maintain maintenance records, breakdown history, spare parts inventory, and equipment documentation through CMMS or maintenance logs.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, LOTO procedures, TPM, 5S, and statutory maintenance requirements.
