Key Responsibilities
- Design and development of vehicle thermal management systems for buses and trucks
- Develop cooling package layouts including radiators, charge air coolers, condensers, and coolant routing
- Perform thermal packaging studies and subsystem integration
- Support thermal validation, testing, and issue resolution activities
- Coordinate with powertrain, HVAC, and vehicle integration teams
Required Skills
- Vehicle cooling and thermal management systems
- Radiator, CAC, coolant circuits, and thermal package design
- CATIA / Creo / NX
- CFD exposure and thermal analysis knowledge
- DFMEA, DVP&R;, and vehicle integration
- Experience 5 to 7 years
