Key Responsibilities:

Patient Communication & Support
- Communicate clearly and effectively with patients and clinicians to ensure understanding of diagnosis, therapy, and treatment plans.
- Provide counselling and guidance to patients throughout their medical journey, ensuring emotional comfort, empathy, and reassurance.
- Address patient concerns, queries, and feedback, ensuring timely resolution.

Clinical & Department Coordination
- Act as a liaison between patients and clinical teams to relay concerns, updates, and special needs.
- Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure smooth scheduling, treatment flow, and continuity of care.
- Support clinicians by facilitating explicit communication and reducing patient-related administrative burden.

Financial Counselling




- Provide financial counselling to patients regarding treatment packages, add-ons, medication costs, and overall expense estimates.
- Explain billing structures, insurance coverage (if applicable), and multi-cycle treatment planning.
- Assist patients in making informed financial decisions related to their care.

Documentation & Records Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Ensure confidentiality and data integrity in all patient-related information.
- Prepare reports and maintain logs related to patient interactions, counselling, and treatment progress.
