Digital Planning for recent Projects
- Coordinate with IT and Finance teams for budgeting and procurement of quotations for new initiatives.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of SAP Sourcing & Procurement (MM) and Extended Warehouse Management, with global expertise.
- Independently manage large-scale projects within the functional areas mentioned above.
- Prepare comprehensive project plans, identifying critical tasks and milestones.
- Assess potential risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
- Publish meaningful project dashboards for internal stakeholders to ensure transparency and progress tracking.
Vendor Management
- Negotiate and optimize rates for all bought-out products to ensure cost efficiency.
- Continuously monitor rates and align pricing strategies with current market trends.
