Set and achieve regional sales goals, revenue budgets, and growth targets for all disinfection product lines. Achieve regional targets for product base.

Recruit, Train, Coach, mentor,



supervise or evaluate your Area Sales Managers, Business Development Managers.

Key Account Management:

Build relationships with hospital administrators, infection control teams, and CSSD staff. Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, pharma plants, or industrial facilities.

Tender & Institutional Sales

: Handle government and private healthcare tenders, pricing, and contract negotiations. Onboard, manage, and review performance of local distributors, dealers, and channel partners.

Market Execution:

Conduct product demonstrations and coordinate clinical evaluations with marketing teams. Track competitor pricing, product launches, and regional market trends to adjust local sales tactics.
