- Provide L1 support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Install & troubleshoot Windows OS, MS Office, and Outlook.
- Diagnose hardware & software issues.
- Configure printers, email, and basic network connectivity.
- Perform domain joining and basic Active Directory user support.
- Log and update tickets in ITSM tools (ServiceNow/ManageEngine).
- Escalate complex issues to L2 teams.
- Ensure timely issue resolution as per SLA.
- Good communication and customer support skills.
Experience: 1-3 Years
Qualification: Diploma / Graduate (IT/CS)
