Sales Executive

Location: Medchal, Hyderabad

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Type: Full-Time | In-Office

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a willingness to learn and grow in a sales-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.

Build positive relationships with customers and assist them with product or service-related information.

Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, order processing, and customer requirements.

Maintain customer records, sales data, and reports using digital tools.

Draft and respond to professional emails and customer communications.

Support day-to-day sales activities and contribute to business growth.





Eligibility Criteria

Any Graduate (Bachelor's Degree in any discipline).

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Prior experience in Sales, Customer Service, Telecalling, or related fields will be an advantage.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required SkillsCommunication Skills

English (Speaking and Writing) – Mandatory

Hindi and Telugu speaking ability preferred

Computer Skills

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word

Ability to handle emails and online communication.

Comfortable using computers and internet-based applications.

Additional Skills (Preferred)

Familiarity with tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar applications is an added advantage.

Interest in learning and implementing new software and technologies.
