We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist who can take end-to-end ownership of paid media campaigns, generate qualified leads, and continuously improve campaign performance through data-driven optimization.

Role Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing paid campaigns across multiple digital platforms. You should be comfortable managing multiple client accounts independently and making campaign decisions based on performance data.

The focus of this role is not just generating more leads. It is about generating better-quality leads at an efficient acquisition cost while improving overall campaign ROI.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan,



launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Drive qualified lead generation across multiple industries, with a robust focus on lead quality, CPL, CPA, conversions, and ROAS.
- Manage campaigns across objectives including Lead Generation, Sales, Conversions, Traffic, Remarketing, and Brand Awareness.
- Develop effective audience strategies using custom audiences, lookalike audiences, remarketing, interest-based targeting, and other relevant targeting methods.
- Manage campaigns targeting Indian, NRI, and international audiences.
- Monitor campaign performance regularly and identify opportunities to improve targeting, creatives, bidding, budgets, and conversions.
- Build and optimize lead generation funnels and work on landing page conversion optimization (CRO).
