Role Description
What will you be responsible for?
- Manage day-to-day Azure cloud operations across platform, product, and partner/customer environments.
- Handle incidents, service requests, and changes within agreed SLA timelines using ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM processes.
- Monitor Azure platform health using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, dashboards, and ing mechanisms.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, resource availability, connectivity, and platform-level operational issues.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for P1/P2 incidents and support preventive action tracking.
- Ensure adherence to approved SOPs, cloud governance policies, security guardrails, and operational procedures.
- Support platform stability, availability, and operational readiness for Azure-hosted services.
- Coordinate with IAM, EUC, O365, SecOps, Product, Network, and ProvidenceGC stakeholders for issue resolution.
- Contribute to automation opportunities to reduce manual operational effort and improve reliability.
- Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, evidence,



and knowledge articles as part of Run operations.

What would your day look like?
- Monitor Azure platform health, s, capacity, and operational dashboards.
- Work on Incidents, Changes, Service Requests, and Problem tickets through ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM tool.
- Troubleshoot Azure VM, App Service, Storage, private endpoint, DNS, and basic network connectivity issues.
- Support Product teams for platform-related issues and approved infrastructure provisioning support.
- Coordinate with internal teams, and Microsoft/vendor support where required.
- Participate in incident bridges, escalation calls, RCA reviews, and operational governance meetings.
- Review incident backlog, SLA adherence, recurring issues, and operational performance metrics.
- Support patch compliance, monitoring improvements, documentation updates, and automation initiatives.

Who are we looking for?
